Michael Pouliot 

CEO

Michael is the founding partner of Eon Capital. He has worked in real estate since 2016 as the founding partner of Bear Peak Capital and Carbon CREI, focused housing related properties throughout the US totaling ~$400M in assets, and ~$100M of equity capital deployed on behalf of clients during that period. From 2015 to 2018, Michael worked in financial consulting, primarily assisting private equity and family offices with complex, distressed or otherwise troubled investments/workouts (his former clients including Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, and Koch Industries). Michael’s post-undergrad career started at JPMorgan (2011-2015) on the fixed income trading desk in NYC, primarily for institutions and ultra-high net-worth (UHNW) individuals, prior to that he worked at Merrill Lynch (2010-2011) within the wealth management department. 

He holds a CFA and CAIA charter and earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Boston University School of Business.

Jason Wilder

COO/CFO

Jason brings a wealth of experience in finance and strategic management. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Elon University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. His professional journey includes impactful roles such as Vice President of Finance and Operations at VIVA Entertainment, LLC, and COO/CFO at New Vision Properties, LLC. Notably, Jason has managed to raise over $1 billion in debt and equity for various growth initiatives and operations. 

His expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and team building has repeatedly earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 list for revenue growth. His leadership approach is marked by a strong commitment to leveraging technology to drive business performance and sustainability.
